Children's emergency line / 116 The emergency line project for children / 116 is one of the important projects of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, as it is implemented in cooperation with some telecommunications companies and KSC. This project provides services and psychological, social, educational and behavioral instructions for children, as well as listening to children’s problems, especially Marginalized children or children who need to be heard about their problems and cannot express them. That is, children can, through a free phone call, request help from the children's emergency line / 116 to provide them with psychological and social services and instructions regarding their problems.\
