Congenital heart disease

Donate Now

Congenital heart disease has become one of the most prominent disorders in infants. The high prevalence of congenital heart defects amongst the Kurdish infant population is on a rise and Kurdistan Save the Children has put its efforts to work to provide these children with surgeries and the medical attention they need by inviting foreign medical teams to Kurdistan to perform surgeries or sending the children abroad for the same purpose.

Kurdistan Save the Children has registered 3,500 children with heart disease into its Health Program since 2005 and 1,121 of these children have received treatment abroad but there is still a high number of children in dire need of treatment on or waiting list.

Your donations can help save a child’s life, to support this cause please fill out our donations form or visit our offices.
