June 20, World Refugee Day

It is a day to support refugees who have been forced to leave their homes due to war, oppression, or terror and move to surround countries.
Kurdistan Save the Children has worked to serve refugees since it has been founded, especially in the last few years, when many refugees have fled to the Kurdistan Region due to the complexities of the region and they are living in camps.
Kurdistan Save the Children has tried to meet the needs of the refugees in terms of protection, health, education, and many other aspects, and continues to help them.

In 2020, 778 children received services from Kurdistan Save the Children, KSC run at Arbat refugee camp (Kaziwa-Arbat kindergarten) and the Children’s activity centre/ Kaziwa- Arbat.
