Anniversary of Kaziwa Nursery’s Opening in Barika Camp
Kurdistan Save the Children on the 4th of April 2016 conducted a musical activity and opened an art exhibition for the child beneficiaries at Kaziwa Nursery in Barika Refugee Camp –Arbat with the participation of the children’s family and KSC staff members.
Kaziwa Nursery in Barika Camp is an educational project that is run by Kurdistan Save the Children and works to develop the skills and abilities of children by the participation of the children in a set of diverse activities. As well as using a methodological program that encourages the growth of social, educational, cultural, linguistic and brain development in children.
This program is a free of charge service that serves the refugee children in Barika camp. This nursery welcomes 1000 children in the refugee camp daily.
