Juvenile Justice Project Activities

 With the aim of providing social and psychological services and developing the skills of juveniles who have come in contact with the law, Kurdistan Save the Children within the Child Protection framework conducted a number of activities in May of 2018:
* On the 15/5/2018 with the assistance of the Women and Children’s Reformatory Directorate in Erbil a football course for 200 juveniles came to an end and awards were given to the top participants of each team.
* On the 15/5/2018 a music course was opened for 10 juveniles at the Women and Children’s Reformatory in Erbil and 12 musical instruments were provided. The course will be ongoing for 2 months.
* On the 23/5/2018, participation certificates and awards were given to the participants of a training course. The training course was for the juveniles at the Women and Children’s Reformatory in Sulaimani and discussed topics such as anger management through training and life skills. The course was conducted on the 4/4/2018 till 15/5/2018.
