Child Friendly Space Project

The skills and talents of children are limitless no matter where they are they can invent. Either it be by mixing colors to paint a picture, participating in a play, a sport activity, singing songs or playing music, children can express themselves.

In order to provide a space for refugee children to discover and show their talents and spend their time in a peaceful space with other refugee children residing in refugee camps in Sulaimani, Kurdistan Save the Children with funds provided by UNICEF manages 4 Child Friendly Spaces (Piramagrun, Barzinja, Tazade, and Ashty). These spaces provide a number of  daily courses like Art , Music, theater and Sport and has conducted a number of events in the past which included hand crafts , paintings, music , theater and sport.
